After having produced 67 liters cider 2 weeks ago, I filled 75 bottles.
Exactly what I expected. This year, everything went well. The apples produced more cider than last year. I had not to much loss.
And above all, the cider is better. From all points of view, it was better than previous years.
Now we only have to let the cider ferment in the bottles. And from Christmas, we will drink one or two bottles a week.
